Most website content is often outdated no sooner than it goes live. However, more and more websites have committed to creating and sustaining the efforts to keep content evergreen.

One of the ways evergreen content is achieved is by displaying updated or last modified timestamps for each piece of content — see CNN image below.

Common Pitfalls of Domain Development
Written by: Alvin Brown

A very common theme in the domain industry is venturing into the abyss of domain development. Domain investors often times are lead to consider domain development for a number of reasons.

Domain investors often conclude how lucrative the opportunity of domain development can be to increase the domain’s overall value as well as the opportunity for residual income by way of a full-fledge online business.

For example, Neil Patel’s website and blog hide the date from search engines and readers, as shown below via his website and Google search results.

Written by: Alvin Brown

Last week I was reminded that one of my many websites was not secure when visiting it from phone.
