Today’s podcast guest is a living example, a living legend in the domain industry as often said by some, of living a life that raises the bar in all he does.

When I personally think about this and use it as a lens to view the domain industry at large, I’ve never encountered a statement as fitting.

Domain investing has never truly been a sexy industry in my humble opinion. However, there are legends of old and the past, and living legends that breathe life into the art and science of buying and selling domains that awaken larger than life adrenaline rushes beyond one’s ability to imagine.

When thinking of domain investing, one rarely thinks about domain name law. Both are a bit like traveling down the ol’ rabbit hole into a whole new world, if not the universe.

The rabbit hole we’ll discuss today, Internet commerce taxation, wasn’t even a thing some 30-40 years ago. However today, internet commerce is a way of life, as is domain name law.
