Recently GoDaddy hosted a well attended Hangout about the ins and outs of buying expired domains on GoDaddy’s auction platform.

I registered but didn’t get to attend due to celebrating a friends birthday with breakfast. And it was a GOOD breakfast too.

But fortunately for me and now you, GoDaddy recorded the hangout.

The month of July is getting away from me faster than the speed of light.

And in case you missed it, a federal court ruled this month that sharing passwords, like so many do on popular streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu and HBO could be considered a federal crime.

Remember the days of folks pirating Cassettes, VHS’ and DVDs?

Well, sharing passwords is the equivalent and it’s more likely you’ll be caught than the former technology piracy.

There hasn’t been a final ruling on it yet, but if it’s you that is sharing a single user account with the world, then you better find another way or, more importantly, STOP sharing. 🙂
