If you haven’t heard to seen, GoDaddy Emoji .WS Domain Auctions have been heating up in the last week with more expiring emoji domain auctions to come.

In fact, 🦐.ws, 🦇.ws, 🦏.ws and 🥔.ws all sold respectively well for emoji domain auctions.

In addition, I watched very competitively bid auction for 🥊.ws. Bidders for the domain auction took bidding to a whole new level throwing bidding blows in the final minutes to get close to the $1,000 auction price tag.

I’m pleased to share with a company that has been around the domain industry for the last two decades although their recently launch business model has existed a few years.

While performing a bit of prep for this week over the weekend, I stumbled upon a change I hadn’t notice in the last week pertaining to GoDaddy Expired Domain Auction Valuations.

I noted an interesting change at the beginning of this week when compiling the daily expired domain auction listings, specifically the GoDaddy expired domain listing and expiring emoji domains.

Most days, the expired emoji domain search returns a handful of domains or, in most cases, no domains at all. Well, that tide changed this week when 1,220 emoji domain auctions soon to expired appeared.

A few days ago, a customer contacted me about performing some WordPress work in regards to redirecting two additional WordPress websites to their primary website.

To perform the work and lessen the manual labor of redirecting all links by hand, I wrote a few lines of code in a .htaccess file.

I set up a quick test environment to ensure the .htaccess file was executing as it should. And it worked like a charm, redirecting all previous blog posts to their respective new URL.

What should have been a routine change, rather than an addition of code to the .htaccess file, turned out to be a wild goose chase to locate the .htaccess file.
