Community, Collaboration, and Creativity in the Domain Industry with Tess Diaz
Today’s podcast guest is a long-time mover and shaker as a top leader, visionary, and strategist in the domain industry.
A bridge-builder with innate gifting in establishing and sustaining relationships with a wide range of people and personality types, she’s a one-of-a-kind personality that leaves an impressionable mark on one’s life upon encountering and engaging her.
Today’s guest is not new to the Kickstart Commerce. In fact, she was gracious enough to help me start this very podcast in its early days by being one of the first guests.
That said, Tess Diaz is back on today’s show to discuss the importance of valuing community, collaboration, and creativity both personally and professionally, unveiling how she’s using Lunchclub and Clubhouse to nurture new and existing relationships.
In addition, Tess shares about her latest professional transition, partnering with the incomparable Kate Buckley to serve as SVP of Business Development at Buckley Media.
Of course, Tess and I discuss all the latest happenings at Buckley Media as well as highlighting the various levels of engaging a domain brokerage to buy and sell domains. Tess also crushes my curveball of a question in regards to corporate brands using handshake domains.
And believe it or not, I get Tess to openly reveal two areas where she shines and channels creativity as her superpowers — a must-hear.
Without further ado, let’s welcome back to the show my “little-big sis”, Tess Diaz. Enjoy!
Brilliant! Thanks Alvin, thanks Tess. Tess, it’s great to see you again for the first time since you left the Sherpa gig.
Some great tips in here, useful for experienced as well as newcomers starting with little or no budget. But extraordinarily, some great tips for clients, too. I’m going to be using some of them in my new marketing plan, which includes seminar selling.
This episode is now bookmarked for at least a couple more listens. I keep saying that then not finding time. This one will have time found for it. Probably the best yet from several perspectives.
Best wishes,
Mike
