Nearly 400 Emoji and Pictograph Domains Expire Starting April 1st

It’s hard to believe that we’re closing in on the one-year anniversary since DomainSherpa’s emoji domains may to take over the world interview.

Discovering a recent tweet from DNAcademy, I’m not the only one recognizing emoji domain auctions appear to have cooled off quite a bit. 🤭

But will and can this upcoming week be the one that emoji domains register a much needed expired domain auction sale?

There are 385 emoji and pictograph expiring domain auctions set to hit GoDaddy’s auction block over the next 7 days, starting Sunday, April 1st. And no this isn’t an early or present April fool’s prank!

The following is a daily distribution and breakdown of .WS emoji and pictograph domains expiring in auction for the upcoming week:

272 – 4/1/2018 (71%)
10 – 4/2/2018 (3%)
16 – 4/3/2018 (4%)
29 – 4/4/2018 (8%)
14 – 4/5/2018 (4%)
24 – 4/6/2018 (6%)
20 – 4/7/2018 (5%)

Although 71% of emoji domains expire April 1st, there are a handful of single .WS emoji and pictograph domain auctions to keep an eye on this week.
