5 Immediate Actions to Execute Following NamesCon Global

NamesCon Global has concluded, and was considered a success by most everyone attending.

Austin was well received by most attendees. Sessions and events were well attended. It was great having GoDaddy CEO Aman Bhutani present to inspire and empower everyone for future success.

But now that NamesCon Global is behind us, here are 5 actions to consider executing prior to the next NamesCon Global:

1. Buy your ticket EARLY to attend next NamesCon

NamesCon Europe is only a few months away. Early-bird ticket prices are active, expiring February 12th. As for the next NamesCon Global, it’s not yet announced, but do yourself a big favor buying the early-bird ticket. Don’t wait until the last minute to purchase tickets, airfare, hotels, etc. Start early, and save money!

2. Arrange meeting for next-step actions

While the NamesCon Global app is still active or by phone or email, take a moment to send each person a message or meeting request for next step actions. You may close your next deal, gain an interview, gain access to session presentations, and make a lifelong friendship, business partner or customer relationship. Strike while the iron is hot.

3. Share your most treasured moment of NamesCon

While NamesCon memories are still fresh on the mind, take a moment to highlight why attending NamesCon was important for and to you. Compile a top ten list, or share one special moment from NamesCon that was well worth the admission paid. Make a video, blog, or image of your experience, and share via social networks.

4. Send a meaningful heartfelt thank you message

My parents always said that “please and thank you” will go a long way in this life. That said, send a heartfelt thank you to one person that greatly and positively impacted your NamesCon Global experience. If you have their email, then send an email. If a phone number, give the person a call or shoot them a text. Don’t forget about the using the app too. And for those of us that go the extra mile writing and mailing a handwritten note, big props to you for making someone’s day!

5. Brainstorm topics to submit for the next NamesCon Global

If you didn’t care for the content presented, then this might just be an opportunity for you to step up to the plate and present at the next NamesCon Global. Starting thinking, outlining, and documenting possible topics you could present now.
