Domain Auctions Ending 12/28/2015
Welcome back. It’s Monday and time to get back on the grind.
I really don’t expect to much shaking and baking to happen this week as it pertains to domain names. Then again, one never knows. This week, the last week of the year, could prove to be record breaking.
Not much going on in terms of GoDaddy auctions, although I tend not to list NameJet, SnapNames and Flippa auctions. But there are more than enough names to go around. China is still buying 3, 4 and 5 character domains, both .com and .net. With that, let’s take a look at today’s auction.
As usual, click the domain links to view their respective auction information. Remember, only bid and buy domains you’ve done due diligence on and find to be sound investments.
ysquared.com – No, I said y squared and not y cubed. I don’t why, but I do know y is squared as in ysquared.com. $35 bid price and 6 years old.
hsmaps.com – The only thing I can think of is Homeland Security Maps. Maybe? 16 years old and bidding at $12 at the time of this writing.
seotag.net – It is a 5-year old .net domain. I guess it could be considered a brandable domain. We’ll see if it moves beyond the $12 bid price it’s currently listed at during the time of this writing.
nbdata.net – 7 year old .net domain. I guess you could offer free data via an API for cities with NB as their initial. Only city that comes to mind is New Braunsfels, TX. Any others?
imtools.com – Great domain for Instant Messaging Tools is where my mind wanders. It too is currently bidding at $12.
encoder.net – A decent one word .net domain. 16 year old and bidding at $28 at the time of this writing.
thegaragedealer.com – It’s one thing to be a garage dealer, but only one can be “the garage dealer”. 10 year old domain bidding at $31 at the time of this writing.
robotup.com – Seems to be the wave of the future. Guess it’s time to up the ante and robot up those manual jobs. Only time will tell for this $12 domain.
