It’s the first day of summer for me because it’s June 1st (official first day of summer is not until June 20th).
Nothing really changes on my end not unless you consider less Austin traffic on my 17 minute or so commute home. I know, I know.
A about the only real change is that the office is going to see more traffic, loud music, laughing, boat parties, swimming and splashing at the nearby Volente Shoreclub.
In the last week or so, I’ve heard a few boats fire up their engines and I’ve seen quite a few party barges. Nevertheless, Summer is here in Austin.
