Samsung's NEON.life

STAR Labs, also known as Samsung Technology & Advanced Research Labs, launched a mysterious product just weeks away from CES 2020 called NEON.

Based on the MorningTick.com article, social media handles for Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook were secured and developed.

In addition, what I found most surprising was the registration and development of a .life domain: Neon.Life — appears to have been registered on October 9, 2019.

As of Christmas Eve, Star Labs President and CEO Pranav Mistry responded to a tweet from @RJHarshil about “Something amazing and crazy coming soon…”

Based on the aforementioned tweet, Neon apparently has something to do with artificial intelligence, blindly guessing.

Will NEON be an AI assistant of some sort? It could be, but if so, then why not use a .ai domain instead of a .life domain?  Interestingly enough, Neon.ai is a fully developed website for Neon Voice Assistant Technology.

No one knows, but we all eagerly await NEON’s unveiling at CES 2020, as well as a fully developed Neon.Life website.
