Domain Outbound Strategies and Best Practices to Sell Domains with Jason Eisler and Yogi Solanki.
Let me guess. You have no problem buying domains at a lightning-fast pace, yet struggle to no end to sell the same domains, right?
The bad news is that I’m no miracle worker. So that means I’m not of much help to you if you’ve purchased domains no one else wants. The only miracle of a recommendation I can make is to simply drop your names and start over — especially if you’ve you listed on major aftermarket platforms like Dan.com, Afternic.com, Sedo.com, and SquadHelp.com.
However, the good news is that today’s podcast aims to equip and empower you with proven outbound strategies and best practices — if you’re willing to put in the effort and work. Don’t expect anyone else to work a miracle for you that you’re not willing to do so yourself.
Today’s podcast guests, Jason Eisler, and Yogi Solanki, have put (and continue to do so) countless hours tirelessly refining their domain outbound strategies daily.
If you are not familiar with Jason Eisler, Jason is a long-time domain investor and broker and the Founder of DNAdvisor.com, a boutique domain brokerage agency aiming to help domain owners maximize domain sales and profits.
Our second guest is no stranger to this podcast. Yogi Solanki debuted a few months back when he shared how he sold 15+ domains 60 days after entering domain investing (MUST LISTEN!).
Today, Jason, Yogi, and I discuss the ins and outs of domain outbound strategies and best practices domain investors should consider when attempting to sell domains. Not only do we discuss the best types of media, tools, days/times, and more to realize efficient domain outbound marketing sales, but they also shed light on the three rules of domain sales engagement: relationship, education, and the close.
So hit play and journey with us as Jason and Yogi share they’ve approached and refined their outbound strategies and best practices to sell domains. Enjoy!
Nice
Hi Yogi,
When you are consistently selling domains and sharing the sales to twitter, i request you to disclose the number of domains you own and how many you sold. It doesn’t make sense if you own hundreds/hundreds of domains (with the higher average acqusition cost) and selling a few domains every week in low $xxx. If you don’t disclose the number of domains and average acquisition cost it may hurt many new domainers coming to the industry by looking at your sales and invests in 100s of domains thinking they can sell every domain for hundreds of dollars through outbound.
You may get popularity by showing your regular sales without disclosing the number of domains you sold every week and acquisition costs but it will not help others except you (for selling your outbound ebook). I respect Alvin and invited you for podcasts seeing your success as a domain outbounder because of your daily/regular sales report but yogi it is your responsibility to disclose the number of domains you acquired or own and the average acquisition cost at least when Alvin asked you. If you still don’t want t to be transparent please don’t share your sales at Twitter only to become popular or get noticed?
Thanks,
