Domain Auctions Ending 1/28/2016

It’s Thursday and a short week for me.  I’m glad to have had a vacation although it didn’t go as planned.  I did have to take a few calls, but nothing intense.  So, it’s like I worked yet had longer breaks of play and relaxation in between.

In other news, I’m slowly figuring out the Chinese Stock Market and that all this activity we’re seeing and experiencing around Chinese domain investing is nothing new under the sun.

In fact, there has been a year over year growth for the last couple of years.  And this is good news for those of us selling domains.  It means that the Chinese are introducing new currency into the market, helping the market grow exponentially.

Who knows how long this trend will last.  Many are saying its a short-lived bubble and it will crash soon and very soon.  However, my belief is that we’ll continue to see the domain industry expand.  Here’s why…

I recently found that China’s government unveiled its Internet Plus plan.  This plan aims to integrate the Internet with China’s traditional industries in hopes of spurring additional economic growth.

My best guess is that the Internet Plus plan will increase the number of domains purchased both as investments and as online businesses.    I look for more and more Chinese online businesses to be birthed over the next 3-5 years to give their local economy the boost it very much needs right now.

It’ll be interesting to see how this all turns out.  I’m quite hopeful for the domain industry as a whole growing and sustaining the new investment influx.  Take a moment and read more at Guta.com, DNJournal.com, DomainSherpa.com, and NamePros.com.

Let’s get to the domain auctions ending today.  As usual, click the domains to view their respective auction details.
