Domain Auctions Ending 1/20/2016

Hump day it is, and another great day for bidding on domain auctions ending today.

Yesterday was a good auction bidding me for personally. I won a decent .com real estate domain that is the prime candidate for a company using the exact match .net. In addition, I managed to snipe a .net auto repair geo name for the Austin market.

I look forward to selling both domains, and should I not sale, then I’ll lease the type-in traffic from both.

If you’ve not attempted leasing traffic before, it’s definitely a great way to make money with a domain that you can’t flip fast or one that you’ll have to hold over time. But be careful because not all domains are good candidates for leasing their traffic.

Enough about yesterday. Let’s live for today. Below is my insight for today’s domain auctions. As usual, click the domains to view their respective auction details.

Domain Auctions Ending Today – If the time is not here, then it will shortly arrive… and in short order. Decent name for building lead gen and educational site about do-it-yourself solar panels. 8 years old with 1 bid. – Nice domain to brand that includes high CPC keywords. 10 years old with 1 bid. – Meh, a decent .net domain with the right words. I think I might prefer Global or Super over world. Anything can happen in auction with domains like this. – Short and it’s a .com. Could be talking about old cars with carburetors that need idling. I personally don’t like “ing” domains, but I know this is going to fetch a decent price. – Great keyword domain for a product that’s priced moderate to high in terms of CPC. 18 years old with 6 bids. – He rocks in the tree tops all day long… This domain is for sure going to be a hopping and a-boppin along with bids. 20 years old. – Nice descriptive domain for a wax service or product. Candles, cars, you name it… 17 years old. – Again, not a fan of the “ing”, but this would be one domain worth bidding on knowing that this is a very common concept and ranking factor for SEO. 5 years old. – Not a bad domain for 18 years old and with 1 bid. However, I think would prefer the inverse of this domain. – It sure does and it’s fast approaching for 2016 too. 7 years old with 11 bids. – Sounds a product or service for planting crops or flowers. 13 years old with 1 bid. – A good broad domain for restoration advice and guidance. 17 years old with 1 bid. – Nice .new domain and word to brand. 19 years old with 3 bids.
