Domain Auctions Ending 4/9/2016
Good Saturday Morning.
You know, life and death are something to marvel at and over. Every person has been appointed their day of arrival and day of departure.
About 3:00AM PST today, I received a call from my mother that my dear uncle (her brother who lives in California) departed from this life into the next. He waited on my grandmother (his mother) to arrive, and took his final rest about 6-9 hours later.
Some would say that he lost his fight with cancer. I disagree. He won his fight in how he lived. Even up to the final moments, he cracked jokes and was himself to the fullest. His temple of a body was decaying rapidly, but his spirit never wavered. He won, and I’m glad he won.
The special gift for me in this was 1) getting to see him and have dinner with him last Dec, and 2) getting to speak with him for 40 minutes Thursday night, him ribbing me every chance he got. I loved it and will never forget it, cherishing it for as long as I lived. Take your rest Uncle Rick, take your rest. 🙂
Simply put, start living because we’ve been dying since our first breath.
Onto today’s domain auctions. As usual, click domains to see their respective auction detail and data.
Domain Auctions Ending Today
Specifics.com – 20 year old plural domain. I’m not even sure what I would do with this name other than it being a collector’s item.
TechTent.com – 10 years old with 5 bids. Seems like a great name for a tech conference or even a hackathon event.
MinuteTrade.com – 19 years old. Maybe an online swap meet where you have a minute to trade items, and after that minute expires, you get what you get. Also, a good name for day trading, stocks, bonds, etc.
CookMasters.com – Simply a cooking website highlighting the best of the best. 16 years old with NO bids.
UpwardVentures.com – I keep thinking I want to bid on this domain. Not sure, but the perfect domain for a startup or venture capital firm. 9 years old with a $10 bid.
441946.com, 441947.com, 441948.com and 441949.com – Not to many times you’ll find consecutive 6N domains in auction. Yes, I know they contain “4”.
TrustEmail.com – Sounds like a product to secure email if you ask me. 17 years old with 6 bids.
DrugRehabTreatment.com – A good domain to not pass up although I would prefer DrugRehab.com due to its length. 13 years old.
