Good morning and Happy Memorial Day.

This is a bittersweet holiday that is more than a day off or an opportunity to fire up the grill to kick off summer.

A many of men and women have willingly paid the price so we might have the afforded freedoms like no other place on earth or in this world.

Honoring those lost, I hope and invite you to take a moment to reflect on the price paid by lives lost in war this day, and everyday.

As for my plans today, I’ll spend it with family, friends and neighbors. It’s likely I’ll do a bit of writing today for a handful websites I own, including this one.
