Scheduled to end at 12 PM EST September 20th, there are over 225 domain names in auction across various extensions — .com, .club, .exchange, .io, .icu, .nl, .de, etc. — with reserves ranging anywhere from 1 to 500K in USD or EUR.
At the time of publication, the following domains in Sedo’s Crypto Auction have met reserve:
- BitcoinBrokerage – 16 Bids, 360 EUR
- Bitoc.com – 3 Bids, 120 USD
- Cryptosurance.com – 1 Bid, 109 USD
- BTCChips.com – 1 Bid, 109 USD
- CoinRockstar.com – 1 Bid, 109 USD
- BlockchainSpecs.com – 1 Bid, 109 USD
Perusing the list in its entirety, there quite a few good quality names to hold as investments and/or to develop into brands for the right person or company.
I’ll be closely watching the Sedo Crypto Auction after having moderated Domain Name Solutions for Blockchain — a MERGE! session where industry panelists expressed varying perspectives pertaining to usability driving necessity of domains used within blockchain, crypto, IoT and security solutions today and in the future.
This auction is certainly worth paying attention too, or using results as a guide and gauge should you currently have crypto, blockchain, and similar domains in your portfolio, or be interested in adding such domains.
