It’s true what you guys were discussing that we like to juggle many things at the same time. This happens ALL. THE. TIME. I just had it happen a few days ago. Buy made an offer, I accepted, and then the buyer ghosted. Dan canceled the transaction. That’s all. It would be great to see DAN implement an offer fee to submit an offer on a domain. If the seller doesn’t agree, then buyer is refunded 100%, or 97% or 98% of offer fee.

Some great tips in here, useful for experienced as well as newcomers starting with little or no budget. But extraordinarily, some great tips for clients, too. I’m going to be using some of them in my new marketing plan, which includes seminar selling.

This episode is now bookmarked for at least a couple more listens. I keep saying that then not finding time. This one will have time found for it. Probably the best yet from several perspectives.
