“If you look good, you feel good. If you feel good, you play good. If you play good, they pay good.”

“An all-virtual conference or event will never work.”
“People meeting online only for a conference is simply a waste of time and the most outlandish idea I’ve ever heard of or thought about.”
“Why would I ever attend an online-only conference?”
Let’s be real with one another or, at least, ourselves for a moment. How many of us likely thought and said those words, if not something similar, before COVID-19?
Little did I, you, or anyone else realize that NamesCon Global 2020: Economic Domain Forum could likely be the last physical domain investing conference anyone in the industry would attend and for a long while.
Upping the ante, none of us certainly thought or ever imagined a completely virtual domain conference some eight to nine months later that would forever transform the landscape of the conference experience.
As Harold Arlen penned, “Toto, I have a feeling we’re not in Kansas anymore.” And so it goes with the industry’s leading domain conference. We’re in uncharted waters regarding what is next for the conference experience, especially NamesCon.
So many questions to answer as the future fast approaches. Will the conference experience go back to being in-person only?

I often state that domain investing is not for the faint of heart. While sounding simple, domain investing can be as complex as the technical trading of stocks.
But then again, buying and flipping domain names can’t be that much complexity, right? What could be more complex? Enter lead generation development of domains.
Lead generation development makes the complexities of domain investing look like child’s play. It’s one thing to buy and flip domains and a completely different story to buy and develop domains, especially when it’s 10,000 websites developed. And yes, I made no mistake in stating 10,000 websites!

Global and local tourism has certainly been greatly impacted in ways that will never go back to what it once was.
In fact, it’s been predicted that global passenger traffic (revenue passenger kilometers or RPKs) will not return to pre-COVID 19 levels until 2024, a year later than previously projected — as cited by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
And if it’s greatly impacted global travel, then one could only imagine the abysmal impact it’ll have on the local touring scene throughout the world.

What do you get when you combine backgrounds in linguistics, systems engineering, and a serial entrepreneurial spirit? 🤔

It’s often said that if you want to identify a person’s gifting, then look no further than their childhood experiences and early years of development.
Of course, there are always anomalies, here and there, over the course of time that greatly defy this statement or way of thought.
