962 Emoji Domains Expire Over Next 7 Days
After an exciting week of newly released .WS emoji domains and system glitches to go with, expiring auctions for .WS emoji domains are once again heating up via GoDaddy’s Aftermarket.
There are 962 emoji domains expiring this week with the following daily breakdown:
- 99 – 3/4/2018 (10%)
- 94 – 3/5/2018 (9.7%)
- 346 – 3/6/2018 (36%)
- 181 – 3/7/2018 (19%)
- 75 – 3/8/2018 (8%)
- 3 – 3/9/2018 (0.3%)
- 164 – 3/10/2018 (17%)
Although there are quite a few containing country flags, the most notable emoji domains expiring that caught my attention were as follows:
- 🚣🏼.ws – 3/6/2018
- 🙏✝.ws – 3/6/2018
- ᴠ.ws – 3/7/2018
At the time of this writing, there are no expiring emoji domains with bids.
Keeping track and count over the last 3 weeks, numbers are now approaching just shy of 4,000 .WS emoji domains that have expired.
That said, it’s likely safe to consider double and combo emoji domains containing 2 or more emoji are certainly not worth investing in or renewing (based on expirations over the last 20-30 days).
Single emoji domains are likely to hold steady positioning as emoji domain owners are likely to hold long on their single emoji domain investments, not selling or allowing to expired prematurely.
